Dracaena Fragrans Massangeana

$30

Dracaena Fragrans Massangeana, also known as Mass Cane or Corn Plant, has stalky stems and broad green leaves and central yellow stripes running through them. For those who are lucky enough, the corn plant may even produce clusters of fragrant white flowers, though this is very rare.

They do not need to see the sun directly. But filtered sunlight through glass is fine. The best spot for them is where they do not see the sun during the majority of the day, like somewhere shady outside or inside behind a window.
They thrive in medium to bright indirect light, but will also do well in low light conditions.
They like the soil to be dry between watering, but not completely dry. That usually takes about one to two weeks in an average home environment. It may vary depends on your environment and light condition, but for them, it's always safer to underwater or water when you see signs of lack of water like floppy, droop, or soft leaves.
They will do well in average humidity environments but will appreciate a little bit of humidity if provided, give them a mist every a few days.
Avoid allowing the soil to dry completely. Be sure to water slowly near the base of the plant as Dracaena have shallow roots. Place your plant away from hot or cold air drafts.
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
