Episcia Faded Jade
Episcia Faded Jade, aka Episcia Cupreata Faded Jade, is a type of Gesneriad that has silver leaves with a jade band and silver blotches along the leaf margin. Origin from Central and South America but related to the African Violet, they are able to bloom just about all year long when well cared for indoors and can add colour to some dreary winter days. They are also called the “Flame Violet” due to its bright red-orange blossoms.
