Scindapsus Pictus Exotica

Scindapsus Pictus 'Exotica', also known as Silver Satin, has stunning velvet-like leaves with beautiful shimmering patches of silver variegation and originates from the jungles of South-East Asia, Indonesia and the Salomon Islands. It is very similar to look-a-like plants, the Silver Satin has more intense variegation than the standard type, covering anywhere from 60-90% of the leaf. It is an easy to grow plant often recommended for low light environments and is very popular but hard to find. It’s often seen draping gracefully from hanging baskets or spilling out of pots.

They do not need to see the sun directly. But some filtered sunlight through glass is fine.
They can tolerate low light environments but will thrive in medium to bright light environments. The minimum light requirement for them is 3 - 6 feet away from the nearest light source. A good medium-light place in your home would be in the middle of a room that has a regular size window.
Keep moderately moist, allowing drying out in between waterings. It may vary depends on your environment and light condition, but for them, it's always safer to underwater or water when you see signs of lack of water like floppy, droop, or soft leaves.
They can live in any average home humidity condition.
They are super easy to take care of and known for their air purifying capabilities. Just make sure you do not overwater them.
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. The nursery pot is usually 0.5" - 1" smaller than stated to fit into the same size decorative pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
