Fittonia Nerve Plant

The Fittonia Nerve Plant is a compact, trailing plant with striking patterned foliage with its green leaves with vivid white veins. It is fairly easy to care for as they can tolerate a range of lighting conditions and likes to be kept moist. They prefer humid environments and will benefit from regular misting. As a bonus, it is pet friendly, too!

They do not need to see the sun directly. But filtered sunlight through glass is fine. The best spot for them is where they do not see the sun during the majority of the day, like somewhere shady outside or inside behind a window.
Thrive in bright light environment, but can tolerate medium light environment. A good bright place inside your home would be on the window sill or a stool right next to a window. Like all succulents, they wouldn't die if they don't have enough light but would grow towards the light.
This plant likes to be consistently moist, but not soggy. Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil is dry. If you let your Fittonia dry out too much, it will let you know with limp leaves. Not to worry! After a thorough watering, the leaves should soon perk up.
They like a little bit of humidity, give them a mist every 2 - 3 days.
Because this plant likes humidity, it will thrive in a terrarium, too!
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. The nursery pot is usually 0.5" - 1" smaller than stated to fit into the same size decorative pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
