Bamboo Palm

Bamboo Palm, aka Chamaedorea Seifrizii, also known as Reed Palm, Cane Palm, Clustered Parlor Palm, has a nice, soft touch with deep green leaves that arch from the stem. It got its name from its likeness to bamboo, clumping, and stems marked by leaves that have been shed.

While it can tolerate part sun, if watered regularly, it grows best in partial shade or indirect bright light inside.
It thrives in medium to bright light condition, but can tolerate low light. A good medium-light place in your home would be in the middle of a room that has a regular size window. They can be placed anywhere between the middle of the room and the window.
They like the soil stays moist. Give them water whenever you see the surface of the soil is getting dry. Maintaining the correct soil moisture is key to keeping your palm happy and healthy. The soil should be constantly moist, but not soggy—never let the soil dry out completely, or sit in water.
It doesn’t require very high humidity, but do not expose it to dry air for a long time as it can cause damage to the plant. Give them a mist as often as you can.
Protect your Palm from cold drafts from windows, air conditioning vents, or doors.
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. The nursery pot is usually 0.5" - 1" smaller than stated to fit into the same size decorative pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
As with all living things, no two plants are alike. There is some natural variation in size, shape, and characteristics. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen, and have a good potential to happily grow in your home.
