Tillandsia Cyanea

Tillandsia Cyanea, aka the Pink Quill Plant, is a species of flowering plant in the bromeliad family, native to the rainforests of Ecuador. It gets its name from the plume of bright pink bracts that last for months.

They do not need to see the sun directly. But filtered sunlight through glass is fine. Keep them away from intense direct sun.
The minimum light requirement for them is 0 - 3 feet away from the nearest light source. A good bright place inside your home would be on the window sill or a stool right next to a window.
The best way to water it is to give it mist once or twice a week. Give the soil a good watering every 1 - 2 months.
They can live in most average home humidity environment. Increase humidity level if see brown tips.
Best to use rainwater or distilled water.
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. The nursery pot is usually 0.5" - 1" smaller than stated to fit into the same size decorative pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
