Our all-purpose Potting Mix is crafted with about 80% responsibly sourced Sphagnum Peat Moss and 20% horticulture-grade Perlite. pH-adjusted and blended with a watering agent, it’s ready to use straight out of the bag. This balanced base mix retains just enough moisture to support healthy root development, while also promoting good airflow around roots. For plants that prefer drier conditions or need more drainage, try adding extra perlite, pumice, lava rock, or charcoal. Perfect for most common houseplants, this versatile mix adapts easily to your plant’s unique needs.
The bag is about 6 1/2" × 4" × 18" in dimension, contains around 5.5 litres(186 oz) of soil. Each bag is enough to fill 15 nursery planters in 3.5" - 4" diameter, or 5 nursery planters in 5.5" - 6" diameter. The bag has metal tabs that allow easy opening and secure closure.
