At JOMO Studio, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping process for our valued customers. Our shipping policy outlines the various shipping options and delivery timelines. Please review the information below to learn more about our shipping services.

  1. Local Pickup: Customers can choose local pickup for their orders. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. Please wait for an email notification confirming that your order is ready before coming to the store to pick it up.

  2. Local Delivery:

    • Toronto Zone: We offer local delivery within the Toronto zone. The delivery fee is $15, but we provide free delivery for orders over $75. Deliveries are usually made within 4 days, excluding the purchase date and holidays.
    • Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Zone: For the GTA zone, the delivery fee is $15, and we offer free delivery for orders over $125. Deliveries are usually made within 7 days, excluding the purchase date and holidays.
  3. Mail Delivery: We ship to all provinces in Canada through our mail delivery service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination. The cut-off time for mail orders is Saturday midnight to be shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that we do not ship outside of Canada.

Order Processing Time: We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that there may be delays in processing during peak periods, such as holidays or special promotions.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or missing items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will be happy to assist you and find the best solution to resolve the issue.
