We work closely with companies, brands and flagship stores to discover the most desirable and environmental friendly plant setup that fits into their culture and express their brand messages through plants.
You can book a plant consultation session with one of our plant experts. They will visit your space in person to help you decide the right plants for you.
After purchase, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for the site visit.
For the initial site meeting, our plant expert will visit your property to discuss ideas for future improvements to your home, commercial space, backyard and/or terrace. This visit will include a property walkthrough which will acquaint the plant expert with the site and convey your main goals for the project, including your wish list for site improvements, what plants and containers you would like to accommodate in your home, office, yard and/or terrace as well as any style preferences.
After the initial home consultation, our plant expert will compose a design proposal that will outline the scope of work and basic services to be performed. This proposal will be sent within 48 business hours from the first visit for your approval.
Once an agreement has been met, the consultation is complete. We will start preparing for the installation as proposed upon agreement. Extra costs apply for plants, planters, materials, and installations.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your consultation. If you cancel within this timeframe, we will be happy to either refund your fee or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations or refusals without notice in this timeframe cannot be accommodated for a refund.
