Boobie Cactus, scientifically known as Myrtillocactus geometrizans cv. Fukurokuryuzinboku, is a rare, eye-catching cultivar known for its sculptural, almost surreal form. This nursery-produced mutation of the classic Myrtillocactus geometrizans gets its cheeky nickname from its uniquely shaped ribs and rounded areoles that resemble tiny breasts. Native to Mexico in its wild form, this cultivar—also called “Fukurokuryuzinboku,” named after a Japanese god of good fortune—is highly prized by collectors for its whimsical, irregular shape and powdery blue-green colouring. A slow grower and excellent conversation piece, the Boobie Cactus thrives with minimal care and maximum admiration.

Care Guide
How to take care of Boobie Cactus
Boobie Cactus is moderately toxic and can cause some adverse reactions when ingested, so it is best to not let your pets eat it, which we advise for all plants in general. The severity of the reaction will depend on how much of the plant is ingested but, if you know your pet typically does not eat your plants, this plant will be suitable for your home.
