Philodendron Little Hope

$15

Philodendron Bipinnatifidum or Philodendron Selloum, this little hope is a dwarf variety of the popular Philodendron Selloum Hope. It is one of the easiest and most unique plants within the larger Philodendron family. Its striking, deep green foliage has a distinctive serrated silhouette on the leaf.

They do not need to see the sun directly. But filtered sunlight through glass is fine. The best spot for them is where they do not see the sun during the majority of the day, like somewhere shady outside or inside behind a window.
The minimum light requirement for them is 0 - 3 feet away from the nearest light source. A good bright place inside your home would be on the window sill or a stool that is right next to a window.
They need to be watered when the first 1 - 2 inches of soil is dry. That usually takes about 1 week in an average home environment. It may vary depends on your environment and light condition, but it's always safer to underwater or give the soil a check before you do the watering.
They like a little bit of humidity, give them a mist every 2 - 3 days.
This Philodendron is very easy, perfect for beginners!
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
As with all living things, no two plants are alike. There is some natural variation in size, shape, and characteristics. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen, and have a good potential to happily grow in your home.
