Prickly Pear Cactus Variegated, commonly known as Opuntia Sunburst, is a striking collector cactus prized for its colourful, paddle shaped growth. Its flattened pads are beautifully marbled in shades of green, creamy white, yellow, and soft gold, with new growth sometimes developing blushes of pink or red. Mostly spineless and wonderfully sculptural, each pad develops its own unique variegation pattern, creating a bright, sun kissed display that becomes even more vibrant under strong light.

Care Guide
How to take care of Prickly Pear Cactus Variegated
Prickly Pear Cactus Variegated is not generally grown as a poisonous houseplant, but its tiny glochids can become embedded in skin, paws, or mouths and cause significant irritation. Keep it somewhere curious pets cannot brush against or chew the pads, even though the main concern is physical irritation rather than toxicity.
