Spider Plant, aka Chlorophytum Comosum, or airplane plant, is considered one of the most adaptable of houseplants and the easiest to grow. It can grow in a wide range of conditions and suffers from very few problems, other than brown tips. It got the name Spider Plant from its spider-like plants, or spiderettes, which dangle down from the mother plant like spiders on a web. According to a NASA clean air study, spider plants can filter formaldehyde, xylene, and toluene from the air.

They do not need to see the sun directly. But filtered sunlight through glass is fine. Avoid direct sunlight as it will scorch the leaves.
Spider plant can tolerate low light conditions but will thrive in bright indirect light. A good bright place inside your home would be on the window sill or a stool that is right next to a window.
They like the soil to be completely dry before the next watering. That usually takes about two weeks in an average home environment. It may vary depends on your environment and light condition, but for them, as long as you don't water them way too often, they'll be fine.
They can live in any average home humidity condition.
Browning of leaf tips is quite normal and will not harm the plant. This is often the result of fluoride found in water, which causes salt buildup in the soil. If this is the case, allow the water to sit out overnight before watering.
The plant comes with a default nursery pot. Washable Paper Planter Bags are sold separately.
As with all living things, no two plants are alike. There is some natural variation in size, shape, and characteristics.
