Our Succulent Mix is specially formulated to meet the needs of succulents, cacti, and other drought-tolerant plants that thrive in fast-draining, low-retention soil. Composed of approximately 50% responsibly sourced Sphagnum Peat Moss and 50% aggregate blend—including Perlite, Pumice, Lava Rock, and Zeolite—this mix offers excellent aeration, drainage, and just enough moisture retention to support healthy root development without the risk of overwatering. The peat moss provides light moisture-holding capacity, while the combination of porous minerals keeps the soil airy and loose. Zeolite contributes slow-release mineral absorption, making this mix not only well-draining but also nutrient-aware. Use it straight from the bag for potting succulents, cacti, and Mediterranean herbs, or mix with more bark or sand for even sharper drainage. Whether you're planting hardy Aloe or delicate Echeveria, this mix creates the ideal environment for strong roots and resilient growth.
